Requirements
- 5-7+ years of experience in product design.
- Proficiency in Figma and complementary design tools.
- Deep understanding of design principles, user-centered design methodologies, and information architecture.
- Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for typography, color, and layout.
- Strong ability to communicate and present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and frame complex workflows.
- Familiarity with using AI in the design workflow for ideation, synthesis, and prototyping.
- Experience with design systems and maintaining design libraries.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience designing for complex enterprise-level applications (preferred).
- Experience designing AI-empowered or machine learning-integrated products (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth user research to understand user needs, pain points, and behaviors.
- Create high-quality wireframes, low-fidelity and high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Lead complex design projects from concept to delivery while mentoring junior team members.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align on design strategy.
- Design AI-empowered workflows that help users interpret system output and maintain control.
- Contribute to patterns, shared practices, and design consistency across the product.
