Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a product designer, UX designer, interaction designer, or similar role.
- Demonstrated experience in visual/graphic design.
- Strong proficiency with the Figma suite and prototyping tools.
- Experience designing systems and understanding how decisions scale across complex journeys.
- Ability to independently identify opportunities, frame ambiguous problems, and influence product direction.
- Experience designing with and contributing to a robust design system.
- Ability to travel up to 5 days per quarter for team gatherings.
- Strong storytelling and communication skills for technical and non-technical partners.
- Demonstrated ability to help teams solve clearly framed problems with measurable outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Own the menu-to-checkout journey end-to-end including menu browsing, cart, checkout, group ordering, and sign-up flows.
- Partner with Product and Analytics on experimentation to define hypotheses, design tests, and interpret results.
- Design for complex group ordering and single-order checkout within a coherent, scalable system.
- Contribute to and advocate for the design system to ensure consistency, scalability, and accessibility.
- Facilitate alignment across disciplines by running workshops, critiques, and working sessions.
- Utilize AI-powered tools to accelerate the design process from prototyping to research synthesis.
