- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.
- Minimum of five (5) years of full lifecycle recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Minimum of two (2) years of physician recruitment experience.
- Experience recruiting medical directors and clinical leadership roles.
- Demonstrated success managing senior leadership and hiring manager expectations.
- Proven track record in creating innovative sourcing and pipelining strategies for complex roles.
- Strong knowledge of full lifecycle recruiting processes, including offer negotiation and relationship management.
- Experience in both agency and in-house recruiting environments preferred.
- Strong business acumen and ability to influence stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategy and execution for physician and executive clinical recruitment initiatives.
- Partner with senior and executive leadership as a trusted advisor on hiring needs and talent insights.
- Manage the full recruiting lifecycle for complex clinical leadership roles.
- Design and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract talent in competitive markets.
- Build and maintain proactive pipelines of active and passive candidates.
- Manage the end-to-end candidate experience from initial contact to offer negotiation.
- Build the company employment brand through social media and recruitment platforms.
