Requirements
- 3+ years of full-cycle or coordination recruiting experience.
- Proven outbound sourcing credibility and fluency in LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing funnels.
- Technical fluency sufficient to earn the trust of engineering leadership.
- Strong ownership and agency to identify pipeline gaps and drive searches to completion.
- Ability to make sound decisions with imperfect information.
- Proven stakeholder partnership experience with hiring managers.
- English fluency for daily collaboration with NA-based leadership.
- Genuine candidate-care approach.
- Demonstrated interest in learning and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Run full-cycle, white-glove recruiting for Kojo's LATAM engineering org, plus occasional NA-based technical searches.
- Build an evergreen, competitive outbound pipeline of high-quality engineers.
- Identify high-talent-density teams and coach hiring managers on effective candidate engagement.
- Hold the bar high enough that engineering leadership trusts every candidate brought to them.
- Maintain Ashby data cleanliness for team-wide trust and visibility.
- Utilize AI tools like Claude, Granola, Ashby, and LinkedIn Recruiter for sourcing and pipeline management.
