Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or alliance management.
- 6+ years of experience leading and scaling a partnership team.
- Deep experience building and managing enterprise relationships with large institutional partners, specifically law firms and tax/accounting firms (Big 4, AmLaw).
- Understanding of internal business development dynamics, compliance constraints, and client referral behaviors within professional services firms.
- Demonstrated experience building a partnership program from growth stage into a structured, tiered operation.
- Track record of owning revenue numbers tied to partner-sourced pipeline.
- Experience building attribution models and managing commercial terms such as referral agreements, revenue share, and joint GTM motions.
- Proven ability to lead and orchestrate across cross-functional teams including research, content, and events.
- Executive presence to be treated as a peer by partner-level counterparts.
- Experience running content-led or thought leadership-driven partner engagement programs.
- Demonstrated enthusiasm for utilizing AI tools to enhance partnership workflows.
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the partnerships program as a partner-sourced referral and lead-generation engine.
- Build tiered partner frameworks including activation criteria, enablement programs, and performance metrics.
- Operationalize partner management in HubSpot to track referrals, attribution, and partner health.
- Identify, qualify, and activate target law and accounting firms to expand the partner portfolio.
- Manage key accounts personally and build peer-level relationships with partners at AmLaw and Big 4 firms.
- Negotiate commercial terms including referral agreements and revenue sharing.
- Direct the strategy for market intelligence briefings and thought leadership as a partner engagement tool.
- Architect and scale an events program including briefings, conference activations, and regional roadshows.
- Lead and mentor a team of two direct reports with plans for future growth.
- Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration across research, content, events, legal, and commercial teams.
