Requirements
- 5+ years in business development, partnerships, or strategy consulting.
- Proven track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
- Experience building 0-to-1, such as launching a new partnership category or entering a new market.
- Background combining at least two of: consulting/structured problem-solving, BD/sales execution, or early-stage startup experience.
- Demonstrated ability to engage senior external stakeholders and navigate large organizations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex deals to executives.
- Ability to flex between strategic planning and hands-on execution.
- Analytical mind with strong judgment and persistence.
Responsibilities
- Build and run the partnerships pipeline for new product lines from initial outreach to signed agreement.
- Lead insurance carrier and partner conversations to qualify fit and structure custom value propositions.
- Design creative, non-standard deal structures to unlock difficult partnership opportunities.
- Own post-close partner success to ensure ramp-up and long-term relationship engagement.
- Contribute to overall vertical strategy by providing feedback on market acceptance and product sequencing.
