Requirements
- Recent graduate from a US university (BS or MS), or within 1–2 years of graduation
- Mandarin Chinese communication ability required
- Strong written and verbal English communication
- Genuine interest in internet products, SaaS, or the tech industry
- Structured thinker capable of breaking down complex problems and identifying core issues
- Strong sense of ownership and ability to coordinate resources to drive resolution
- Detail-oriented with a balance of execution speed and quality
- Ability to collaborate effectively across engineering, design, and business teams
- Internship experience in product management, product operations, business analysis, user research, or software development is a plus
Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze user feedback, customer requests, product data, and market information to identify improvement opportunities
- Participate in feature planning, ideation, user flow creation, and solution design
- Produce requirement documents, wireframes, and functional specifications under guidance
- Monitor product data and user feedback post-launch to propose improvements
- Conduct competitive analysis and synthesize user insights into product recommendations
- Collaborate with engineering, design, QA, and operations to drive high-quality delivery
- Track project progress, flag issues, and own tasks with a results-oriented mindset
