Requirements

  • Recent graduate from a US university (BS or MS), or within 1–2 years of graduation
  • Mandarin Chinese communication ability required
  • Strong written and verbal English communication
  • Genuine interest in internet products, SaaS, or the tech industry
  • Structured thinker capable of breaking down complex problems and identifying core issues
  • Strong sense of ownership and ability to coordinate resources to drive resolution
  • Detail-oriented with a balance of execution speed and quality
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across engineering, design, and business teams
  • Internship experience in product management, product operations, business analysis, user research, or software development is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Collect and analyze user feedback, customer requests, product data, and market information to identify improvement opportunities
  • Participate in feature planning, ideation, user flow creation, and solution design
  • Produce requirement documents, wireframes, and functional specifications under guidance
  • Monitor product data and user feedback post-launch to propose improvements
  • Conduct competitive analysis and synthesize user insights into product recommendations
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, QA, and operations to drive high-quality delivery
  • Track project progress, flag issues, and own tasks with a results-oriented mindset
