Requirements
- Previous experience in a product management role with a track record of delivering successfully adopted products.
- Experience with B2B products delivered via API is a major plus.
- 2+ years working in healthcare revenue cycle management, particularly eligibility verification workflows is strongly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or another technical field is strongly preferred.
- Professional experience writing code is strongly preferred.
- Established, demonstrable track record of driving product adoption and managing a product roadmap.
- Ability to translate complex customer requirements to a highly technical audience.
- Highly curious mindset with a focus on product quality.
- Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment with a drive to ship early and often.
Responsibilities
- Own the product roadmap for substantial portions of our clearinghouse offering.
- Contribute to a team that ships day in and day out.
- Report directly to the Head of Product and Engineering and work closely with the CEO to develop product direction.
- Author complex, technical product and business documents such as PR/FAQs, BRDs, and GitHub tickets.
- Collaborate with healthcare customers to gather feedback and translate it into actionable product direction.
- Work with design team to develop mockups and wireframes.
- Partner with engineering team to prioritize and deliver features.
- Measure product performance to track adoption and identify areas of investment.
