Requirements
- 5–8 years of product experience.
- 2+ years building AI or LLM-powered products from 0 to 1.
- Background in B2B SaaS, specifically multi-product customer platforms (e.g., CRM, workflow automation).
- Proven experience conducting customer discovery and translating feedback into roadmaps.
- Fluent in AI application product design, including agent task definition, tool calling, and human-in-the-loop flows.
- Strong written communication skills for managing cross-timezone engineering collaboration.
- Experience as a heavy user of AI tools such as GPT, Claude, or Gemini.
- Startup mindset with the ability to iterate quickly and make decisions with incomplete information.
Responsibilities
- Conduct customer discovery with US mid-market Shopify merchants to identify manual workflows and opportunities for AI Agent autonomy.
- Design end-to-end customer journeys spanning multiple CWILL products.
- Define AI Agent tasks, tool-calling scope, user permission flows, and human-in-the-loop logic.
- Develop platform packaging and pricing strategies, including lighthouse customer programs.
- Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to drive cross-product attach rates.
- Translate merchant feedback into actionable platform requirements for the engineering team.
