Requirements
- 4+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Proficiency in backend development using Python, Kotlin, AWS, MySQL, and Kubernetes.
- Experience shipping web applications using declarative UI frameworks like React or Vue.
- Ability to design technical plans for significant features with simple, extensible architecture.
- Experience using LLMs or AI frameworks for automation and development assistance.
- Strong track record of making safe, significant changes in large codebases.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
Responsibilities
- Own and deliver quarterly team goals, guiding engineers through technical ambiguity.
- Collaborate with product management, design, and analytics to align technical decisions with business risks.
