Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in campaign management, program management, advocacy communications, or integrated marketing.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent work streams or a portfolio of projects.
- Strong systems thinking capabilities with a focus on operational infrastructure.
- Demonstrated ability to drive work through cross-functional teams without direct management authority.
- Fluency in paid media strategies, creator/influencer campaigns, and digital content deployment.
- Ability to explain campaign strategy and results credibly to external stakeholders.
- Experience working on transgender equality or LGBTQ+ campaigns, or with advocacy organizations.
- Proven experience presenting strategy, plans, or results to senior stakeholders.
- Independent decision-making skills with the ability to navigate complex operational environments.

- Comfort working independently and proactively in a remote, fast-moving environment.
Responsibilities
- Identify project blockers and risks while activating agency resources to resolve them.
- Drive active campaigns from initial green light through deployment and final reporting.
- Manage creator campaigns across a growing network of movement and non-movement creators.
- Oversee deployment across a hub-and-spokes partner network, ensuring consistent rebranding and launch.
- Make independent decisions on campaign sequencing, creator selection, and channel adjustments.
- Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for movement partners and cohort members.
- Track research studies at the milestone level and coordinate findings into campaign development.
- Monitor campaign performance against benchmarks and prepare flight plans and summaries.
