Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS.
- Proven track record of delivering successful products with measurable business impact.
- Demonstrated ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously.
- Actively uses AI tools (e.g., Claude, Cursor, Lovable, Replit, or equivalent) as a daily accelerant.
- Experience with user research, usability testing, and UI/UX design principles.
- Proficiency in building and managing personal context systems for AI tools.
- Strong analytical skills using product analytics and BI solutions.
- Deep understanding of AI as a reasoning partner rather than just a search tool.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Comfortable operating with ambiguity and making decisions with incomplete information.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex product initiatives across your area.
- Leverage AI tools and agentic workflows for discovery, synthesis, and roadmap communication.
- Design products and features with AI-assisted experiences in mind.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate customer needs into product features.
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps aligned with company strategy.
- Define success metrics and use data-driven feedback loops for decision-making.
- Model AI-native working habits and contribute to the shared knowledge base.
- Identify opportunities through research, market analysis, and competitive intelligence.
- Partner with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Operations for product delivery.
- Influence stakeholders and coach junior product managers.
