Requirements
- 10–15+ years of experience in investor relations and/or equity research.
- Strong understanding of financial statements, valuation, and capital markets dynamics.
- Experience communicating with institutional investors and research analysts.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- Experience in a public company or late-stage/high growth pre-IPO environment preferred.
- MBA and/or CFA preferred.
- Strategic thinker with strong capital markets judgment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and lead the company’s overall investor relations strategy.
- Shape and communicate the company’s equity story, financial framework, and long-term growth narrative.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors and sell-side analysts.
- Lead preparation of quarterly earnings materials, including press releases, presentations, and scripts.
- Advise senior leadership on investor sentiment, market dynamics, and valuation positioning.
- Coordinate investor meetings, conferences, and non-deal roadshows.
- Partner with Finance, Legal, and executive leadership on disclosure alignment.
