Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience creating and maintaining technical documentation, instructional content, training materials, and/or end user education programs in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
  • Experience working with large healthcare systems, healthcare data, revenue cycle management and/or other equivalent EMR/EHR expertise is strongly preferred.
  • Experience creating content across multiple learning modalities, such as workflow guides, product manuals, eLearning modules, software simulations, and facilitator guides.
  • Experience delivering engaging, interactive client training for diverse learner audiences via web conferencing platforms.
  • Familiar with standard style guides (e.g., AP, Chicago).
  • Familiarity with Adobe Captivate or similar for software simulations is strongly preferred.
  • Thoughtful in using AI and emerging technologies to accelerate analysis, documentation, and troubleshooting.
  • Proven success forming strategic relationships with cross-functional peers and client stakeholders.
  • Self-directed with strong project management and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop & maintain client-facing enablement materials across Cedar’s product portfolio, including product manuals, workflow guides, knowledge center articles, software simulations & other assets.
  • Research new product functionality & operational workflows by attending development meetings and synthesizing technical documentation.
  • Own and maintain assigned client enablement packages across their lifecycle, coordinating stakeholder review and publication.
  • Facilitate live end user training sessions & Train-the-Trainer programs during implementation.
  • Develop deep expertise across Cedar’s products, configurations & operational workflows.
  • Review implementation feedback and support trends to identify and address documentation gaps.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Delivery, and Commercial Strategy teams to support pre-release readiness.
