🔍 Treasury and Finance

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a finance-related area.
  • Finance and/or treasury experience with strong Treasury technology experience.
  • Exceptional writing and speaking capabilities.
  • Excellent meeting facilitation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and project management experience.
  • Ability to connect people and discuss finance and technology topics.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% primarily in the U.S.
  • Engage with members to understand their projects and priorities.
  • Identify common topics to facilitate member connections within Peer Groups.
  • Distill learnings to create compelling program events for member interaction.
  • Lead discussions in meetings of typically 25-35 members on finance and treasury topics.
  • Collaborate on meeting agendas with sponsors and members for member-hosted meetings.
  • Work with the Content Team to create insights and support thought leadership.
  • Coordinate with the Marketing Team to promote membership and events.
  • Assist the Sales Team with prospect value-discovery and member onboarding.
  • Support the Research Team with projects such as benchmarking surveys.
  • Mentor Associate Peer Group Leaders and guide team member development.
