Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resource management or a related field.
- 5+ years of HR-related experience, including employee onboarding.
- Proven ability in Human Resources, Recruiting, or Business Administration.
- Experience with HRIS software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize work under pressure.
- Ability to quickly master new software applications.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and G-Suite products.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate data in HRIS (UKG).
- Manage and support the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding for domestic and international employees.
- Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding country-specific policies, benefits, holidays, and employment practices.
- Ensure ongoing compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, including recordkeeping, audits, and reporting.
- Partner with legal counsel and global vendors to ensure compliant employment structures, contracts, and practices.
- Support internal and external audits (e.g., I-9, E-Verify, GDPR).
- Research, create, and implement policies, handbooks, and employee initiatives.
- Support managers with performance management plans, including goal setting and career development.
- Collaborate with Recruiting, Payroll, Benefits, and Embedded Program teams.
