Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resource management or related field.
- 5+ years of HR-related experience, including employee onboarding.
- Demonstrated professional ability in Human Resources, Recruiting, or Business Administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and G-Suite Products.
- Experience with HRIS software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to quickly master new software applications.
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize work under pressure.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- PHR or SHRM certification (Preferred).
- Experience with Greenhouse or UKG (Preferred).
- Prior experience with international labor laws, onboarding, and employee relations (Preferred).
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate data in HRIS (UKG).
- Manage and support the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding for domestic and international employees.
- Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding country-specific policies, benefits, holidays, and employment practices.
- Ensure ongoing compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, including recordkeeping, audits, and reporting.
- Partner with legal counsel and global vendors to ensure compliant employment structures and contracts.
- Support internal and external audits related to employment, payroll, benefits, and data privacy.
- Research, create, and implement company policies and handbooks.
- Support managers with performance management plans, goal setting, and appraisals.
- Coordinate and support employee training programs and various HR-related initiatives.
