- Strong fluency in performance marketing, creator measurement, paid media, affiliate marketing, and marketing analytics.
- Demonstrated ability to translate business objectives into integrated creator marketing strategies.
- Experience leading strategic planning across complex, multi-workstream client businesses.
- Experience coaching and elevating strategic talent through mentorship and feedback.
- Ability to influence senior client stakeholders through strategic thinking, data, and executive communication.
- Exceptional client servicing skills and instincts.
- Strong organization skills with attention to detail and excellent follow-through.
- Ability to work efficiently across a variety of tasks and manage time appropriately.
Responsibilities
- Lead proposal development and response to client briefs, managing projects from inception to completion.
- Develop and articulate integrated creator marketing strategies that connect to broader business objectives.
- Supervise delivery teams to maintain strategic consistency throughout campaign lifecycles.
- Partner with analytics teams to establish measurement frameworks and interpret performance data.
- Act as a trusted strategic advisor to senior client stakeholders.
- Coach and mentor junior staff to elevate strategic talent and performance.
