Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in benefits consulting, pharmacy benefit management, healthcare, or a related client-facing industry.
  • Strong background in account management, customer success, or client relationship management with proven success in retaining and growing customer accounts.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, including experience presenting business reviews and performance insights to stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and Word.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Pharmacy, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Ability to travel as needed to support customer relationships and business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of client accounts, building long-term relationships and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Manage day-to-day client operations, coordinating program activities and ensuring seamless service delivery across internal teams.
  • Prepare and deliver quarterly and annual business reviews, presenting program performance, utilization trends, financial metrics, and strategic recommendations.
  • Monitor client satisfaction, proactively resolve issues, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to address technical or operational challenges.
  • Identify opportunities to expand customer value through proactive recommendations, account growth initiatives, and ongoing education.
  • Advocate for customer needs by gathering feedback and partnering with internal teams to enhance products, services, and overall client experience.
  • Track key performance indicators, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and support broader Customer Success initiatives.
