Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing client relationships in an agency environment.
- Proven background in digital tactics focused on websites.
- Experience in pharmaceutical marketing.
- Ability to collaborate across functions and project teams in a dynamic environment.
- Baseline knowledge of MRC submission processes.
- Familiarity with Veeva or similar submission software.
- Experience managing pharma brand launches in rare disease is preferred.
- Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience applying knowledge of CIDP (Chronic Inflammatory Demyelinating Polyradiculoneuropathy).
Responsibilities
- Manage daily account work for digital brands, including websites and omni-channel tactics.
- Build and sustain client relationships based on an understanding of business goals.
- Author project briefs, document scope requests, and write SOWs based on delivery team input.
- Monitor project revenue, profit, and budget status, proactively managing scope issues.
- Facilitate tactical meetings and lead medical/regulatory/legal (MRC) submission processes.
- Interpret feedback across strategy, creative, technical, and analytic workstreams for the agency team.
- Mentor and potentially manage junior employees such as Account Executives.
