Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, Account Management, or direct client-facing roles.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent industry experience).
- Strong presentation skills to demonstrate value as a trusted digital advisor.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated time management and project management skills.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Slides, Drive).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
- Experience with multi-faceted digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, PPC, Social, Email) is a plus.
- Google Analytics & Ads Certifications are preferred.
- Experience using project management tools, preferably JIRA, is a plus.
- Experience working in or with the automotive industry is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary advocate and day-to-day contact for a portfolio of 12+ clients, managing satisfaction and performance.
- Own the full campaign lifecycle from initial strategy and pitch to setup and execution across Paid Search, Social, and Web.
- Analyze traffic and pitch optimizations using Google Analytics and Google Ads, and deliver monthly performance reports.
- Lead internal teams in Creative, Content, and Paid Search, and coordinate with external vendors.
- Lead weekly client update meetings and maintain professional communication with stakeholders.
- Ensure marketing assets meet brand standards and regulatory compliance requirements.
