Requirements
- 7+ years of customer-facing implementation, professional services, or program management experience in a SaaS environment.
- Strong knowledge of public safety industry, specifically fire service operations and EMS.
- Proven experience leading large, multi-department stakeholder groups.
- Demonstrated expertise in formal project management disciplines such as critical path management and change control.
- Experience using AI tooling within a professional services or delivery workflow.
- Excellent executive-level written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Rocketlane or comparable delivery platforms.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel).
- Ability to travel up to 25 percent for customer sites and team events.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end delivery of enterprise programs from sales transition through configuration, data migration, training, and go-live.
- Build and maintain program plans in Rocketlane, including critical path, workstream dependencies, and risk documentation.
- Lead large, multi-department stakeholder groups including command staff, IT, dispatch, and municipal government.
- Utilize AI tooling for status drafting, meeting summarization, risk synthesis, and legacy data assessment.
- Own commercial delivery scope, including change control, statement of work reviews, and change order negotiations.
- Surface field-driven product enhancement requests to leadership with business impact analysis.
