Requirements
- University degree in Information Technology, Environmental Science, Sustainability, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of professional experience in a relevant subject matter area.
- Understanding of EHSQ software suites and client use cases.
- Commitment to service excellence and ability to stay current on new product features.
- Strong project budget awareness and responsiveness.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to build trust relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Professional designation such as REM or EI is considered an asset.
- Bilingualism is an asset.
- Ability to work predominantly remotely with some travel required.
Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed an average annual chargeable utilization of 70%.
- Act as a liaison between Cority and clients in all assigned projects and initiatives.
- Lead and support project implementations following pre-defined methodology, including configuring the application, training clients, testing, and note taking.
- Work closely with Project Management, Implementation Consultants, and Technical Consultants as a cohesive project team.
- Interact with and support internal departments including Sales, Customer Success, Customer Support, Engineering, and Product.
- Establish project implementation plans with clients and Cority Project Managers to manage timelines and address delays.
