Requirements
- 2-4+ years of experience in a software implementation role.
- Post-secondary education in a business or technology-related field preferred.
- Proven experience configuring or implementing software solutions and performing database testing.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to document technical requirements and perform workflow analysis.
- Experience managing multiple project teams and balancing milestones effectively.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as a self-starter with a results-oriented mindset.
- Attention to detail and experience following quality validation processes.
- Flexibility to travel to customer on-site locations as needed.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the principal liaison for Practice Groups EHR delivery, translating technical requirements into effective system configurations.
- Lead detailed business discovery to develop delivery recommendations and execute implementation plans.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and security for all customer databases.
- Prepare and deliver training to customers, including train-the-trainer programs and readiness assessments.
- Support customer change management by identifying adoption risks and coaching customer champions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve configuration issues, serving as a trusted advisor on best practices.
- Monitor key adoption metrics and provide actionable recommendations to align with customer goals.
