Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Possess or be able to acquire a New Jersey Pharmacy Technician License.
- Ability to handle high-volume inbound calls (60+ per day).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to procedures.
- Computer-savvy with experience in professional software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform basic calculations.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and coachable.
- Previous call center or high-volume customer service experience is preferred.
- Working knowledge as a pharmacy technician or veterinary technician is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel is a plus.
- Bilingual skills (Spanish) are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service with kindness, empathy, understanding, and patience.
- Efficiently navigate patient and prescriber profiles across systems.
- Adapt to customer interactions including inbound/outbound calls, email, SMS, chat, and mailed prescriptions.
- Collaborate with team members across pharmacy and fulfillment facilities.
- Maintain a positive, professional attitude while prioritizing pet patients and customers.
