Requirements
- Student or recent graduate in Engineering, Business, or related fields.
- Strong interest in Artificial Intelligence, Automation, and Technology.
- Advanced English proficiency to interact with international teams.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
- High level of curiosity and growth mindset.
- Proactive attitude and ability to take initiative.
- Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
- Basic knowledge of programming (e.g., Python, React or similar) is a plus.
- Experience in AI tools, automation platforms, or data analysis is a plus.
- Experience with Claude, Claude Code, and Plugins is a plus.
- Understanding of concepts such as machine learning, APIs, or process automation is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI agents and intelligent solutions to solve business challenges.
- Support automation of internal and client processes using AI tools and technologies.
- Explore and experiment with emerging AI capabilities (LLMs, copilots, automation tools, etc.) to identify innovative use cases.
- Work closely with Data, AI, and business teams to translate needs into technical solutions.
- Assist in building prototypes, proofs of concept (PoC), and demos.
- Contribute to documenting solutions, learnings, and best practices.
- Analyze opportunities to improve efficiency and productivity through automation.
- Stay up to date with AI trends, tools, and technologies.
