Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
- 10+ years of hands-on software development experience with .NET (C#) or Java (Spring Boot).
- Strong front-end development experience with Angular, React, or comparable modern frameworks.
- Experience designing and developing REST APIs, microservices, and object-oriented applications.
- Strong knowledge of SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar database technologies.
- Experience working with cloud environments such as Azure or AWS.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies including Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience using Git-based version control systems and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Ability to design scalable, secure, and maintainable software solutions.
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools and modern engineering practices.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop, test, deploy, and maintain full-stack web applications and services using modern software development practices and AI-assisted development approaches.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs, microservices, and enterprise integrations across complex technology environments.
- Build responsive and dynamic front-end applications using Angular, React, or similar modern frameworks.
- Collaborate with architects, technical leads, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions and deliverables.
- Support modernization efforts by migrating legacy applications toward cloud-native architectures using Azure or AWS.
- Perform code reviews, debugging, unit testing, and quality assurance activities to ensure reliable and maintainable solutions.
- Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, stand-ups, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Troubleshoot production issues and contribute to application stability, performance optimization, and operational excellence.
- Maintain compliance with Federal cybersecurity, quality assurance, and software development standards.
- Contribute to DevSecOps practices, automation, and engineering process improvements.
