Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate.
- 4-year university degree or Nursing degree.
- Demonstrated experience in CNS/Neurology.
- Psychiatry experience is strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Proficiency in CTMS and EDC systems.
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills in English.
- Superior organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work with little or no supervision.
- Willingness to travel regionally.
- Must reside on the West Coast.
Responsibilities
- Identify potential research sites for clinical study participation.
- Perform study start-up activities, including collecting regulatory documents and supporting contract and budget negotiations.
- Train sites on proper data collection and safety event reporting procedures.
- Manage site activities throughout the study maintenance phase.
- Execute site close-down activities upon study conclusion.
- Conduct study initiation visits (SIVs).
- Monitor site compliance with informed consent and regulatory requirements.
