Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate.
  • 4-year university degree or Nursing degree.
  • Demonstrated experience in CNS/Neurology.
  • Psychiatry experience is strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Proficiency in CTMS and EDC systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills in English.
  • Superior organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work with little or no supervision.
  • Willingness to travel regionally.
  • Must reside on the West Coast.

Responsibilities

  • Identify potential research sites for clinical study participation.
  • Perform study start-up activities, including collecting regulatory documents and supporting contract and budget negotiations.
  • Train sites on proper data collection and safety event reporting procedures.
  • Manage site activities throughout the study maintenance phase.
  • Execute site close-down activities upon study conclusion.
  • Conduct study initiation visits (SIVs).
  • Monitor site compliance with informed consent and regulatory requirements.
