Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate.
- Psychiatry research experience required.
- 4-year university degree or Nursing Degree.
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills in English.
- Superior organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work with little or no supervision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CTMS, and EDC systems.
- Must reside on the West Coast.
- Willingness to travel regionally.
Responsibilities
- Manage research activities at participating study sites throughout all stages of clinical research projects.
- Identify potential research sites for study participation.
- Perform study start-up activities, including collecting regulatory documents and supporting contract and budget negotiations.
- Train site staff on proper data collection procedures and safety-related event reporting.
- Oversee site activities during study maintenance and perform site close-out procedures.
- Conduct study initiation visits (SIVs).
- Monitor adherence to informed consent protocols and regulatory requirements.
