Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate.
- 4-year university degree or Nursing degree.
- Proven experience in Psychiatry.
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills in English.
- Superior organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work with little or no supervision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CTMS, and EDC Systems.
- Willingness to travel regionally.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end research activities at participating clinical sites.
- Identify potential sites for research participation.
- Perform study start-up activities, including collecting regulatory documents and supporting contract and budget negotiations.
- Train site staff on data collection and reporting safety-related events.
- Manage site activities throughout the study maintenance phase.
- Execute study close-down activities upon study completion.
- Conduct study initiation visits (SIVs).
- Monitor adherence to informed consent, safety reporting, and regulatory requirements.
