Requirements

  • Degree: MD or DO from an accredited institution
  • Active ABIM board certification in Internal Medicine
  • Successful completion of an ACGME-accredited Endocrinology fellowship
  • Board-eligible in Endocrinology through the ABIM
  • Commitment to obtain ABIM board certification in Endocrinology within one year of hire
  • Active, unrestricted, and unencumbered professional license in at least one U.S. state
  • Ability to function as an autonomous provider with strong diagnostic judgment
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to build trust and connection with patients in a virtual setting
  • Commitment to evidence-based clinical practice
  • Technical proficiency with EMR systems, Gmail, Google Calendar, Zoom, and scheduling tools

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans via video visits
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to deliver high standards of care
  • Complete required training and uphold clinical policies and best practices
  • Educate patients on preventative care and wellness using evidence-based strategies
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records and complete timely charting
  • Respond to patient questions and administrative messages with clarity and care
  • Dedicate a minimum of 10 patient-facing hours per week including consultations and prescribing
