Requirements
- Experience in both product ownership and hands-on product building.
- Technical depth to engage seriously with engineers on architecture and system design.
- Clear views on what good engineering looks like in practice.
- Track record in vertical or segment-specific product contexts.
- Experience running a small, high-ownership team with clear context and accountability.
- Proven ability to redesign workflows using AI tools and maintain output standards.
- Strong commercial instincts regarding revenue and pricing complexity.
- Experience in hospitality, property management, short-term rentals, or student accommodation preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own the Long Stays product vision, strategy and roadmap across hybrid hospitality operators, student accommodation, aparthotels and coliving.
- Drive direct accountability for ARR growth and product north star metrics.
- Build and own the full resident lifecycle as a product capability including booking engines, screening, contracting, billing, and payments.
- Drive embedded payments revenue as a shared commercial outcome in coordination with the Fintech division.
- Set the technical direction for the tribe including architecture choices, engineering standards, and system health.
- Build and develop a small team of product builders, ensuring high accountability for sub-metrics.
- Hire talent into the tribe and maintain accountability for calibration and performance.
- Align with other tribes on shared infrastructure and coordinate cross-functional work.
