Requirements
- 5+ years in product management or equivalent technical PM/engineering background.
- At least 2+ years building AI/ML-powered B2B SaaS products.
- Proven experience collaborating with engineering teams to deliver software features.
- Experience creating and maintaining product roadmaps and writing clear product requirements.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across engineering, design, analytics, and QA.
- Fluent understanding of LLMs, agents, and RAG architectures.
- Experience defining and tracking KPIs for shipped features.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban).
Responsibilities
- Own the product roadmap for core platform modules and a growing roster of AI agents.
- Define and enforce clear agentic contracts for AI features, ensuring reasoning and auditability.
- Engage directly with customers in pharma logistics, QA, and supply chain operations to define product requirements.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data science, and ML teams to deliver AI features grounded in platform data.
- Define concrete success metrics for features and hold the team accountable to delivery.
- Maintain product requirements, roadmap documentation, and cross-functional processes using agile methodologies.
