Requirements
- Masters or Doctoral degree in Audiology.
- State Licensure, CCC-A, or equivalent.
- 2+ years of experience in clinical Audiology and Hearing Instrument Dispensing.
- Strong technical troubleshooting ability and creative thinking strategies.
- Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong Microsoft Office Suite and computer skills.
- Ability to cover and shift between a multitude of tasks.
- Experience with GN products is preferred.
- Hearing aid manufacturing and/or industry experience is preferred.
- Up to 10% travel required.
Responsibilities
- Provide audiological and technical support to customers through hearing aid fitting assistance.
- Deliver product information and troubleshooting assistance for current and discontinued product lines.
- Resolve software and hardware issues across multiple platforms using varied programming interfaces.
- Collaborate with Customer Service, Engineering, and Sales teams to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.
- Report and escalate product or software discrepancies to Product Management.
- Conduct internal product and software training in conjunction with training teams.
- Document customer interactions in designated company systems.
- Serve as an audiologic support and training resource for internal and external customers.
