Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in a finance-related field or similar discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in business analytics and/or forecasting.
- Experience working in the Education Technology or SaaS industry.
- Advanced modeling and analytical skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience using AI technology in day-to-day tasks.
- Proven ability to translate vague business requirements into technical logic, complex formulas, and automated workflows.
- Experience in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
- Ability to diagnose business issues and provide solutions.
- Demonstrated executive presence when working with senior leadership.
Responsibilities
- Analyze variance between actual performance and budget to identify root causes and business opportunities.
- Support annual commission plan reviews and quantify earnings over time.
- Provide technical support for annual planning, revenue estimation, and expense planning.
- Execute recurring forecasting for ARR, TCV, Gross Renewal, and Net Retention metrics using predictive analytics.
- Monitor churn, downsell, and upsell rates to provide insights into customer behavior.
- Track pipeline coverage and inform capacity planning and sales enablement.
- Contribute to quota setting using historical trends and predictive modeling.
- Support strategic workforce and rep productivity planning.
- Lead pricing and discounting analysis to drive revenue optimization.
- Deliver strategic analytics to support investor relations and board reporting.
