Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or another quantitative discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- 4+ years of experience in Strategic Finance, FP&A, Investment Banking, Private Equity, Management Consulting, or a similar analytical role.
- Advanced financial modeling skills using Excel and/or Google Sheets (scenario analysis, driver-based forecasting, cohort analysis, ROI modeling).
- Proficiency in SQL for data analysis.
- Experience working with business intelligence platforms such as Looker or Tableau.
- Demonstrated experience evaluating commercial partnerships, pricing strategies, contract structures, and financial performance metrics.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience influencing senior stakeholders.
- Preferred: Experience with marketplace or retail partnerships, revenue recognition, Python, dashboard automation, or MBA, CFA, or CPA credentials.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end financial modeling for commercial partnerships, including pricing strategies, unit economics, incentive structures, ROI analysis, and scenario planning.
- Develop and maintain driver-based forecasting models, monitor portfolio performance, and identify opportunities to improve profitability and margins.
- Partner with commercial, legal, revenue operations, accounting, and analytics teams to evaluate opportunities and support contract negotiations.
- Design scalable financial templates, dashboards, and reporting tools to improve forecasting accuracy and operational efficiency.
- Prepare executive-level presentations, financial reports, and business cases to communicate strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
- Continuously improve financial processes and analytical frameworks to drive sustainable business performance.
