Requirements
- 6+ years of experience building and owning production systems.
- Strong full-stack skills in JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Deep backend expertise with Node.js.
- Experience building user interfaces with React.
- Experience developing well-tested APIs with GraphQL.
- Solid knowledge of relational databases, specifically PostgreSQL schema design and query optimization.
- Active use of AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Claude, or Codex.
- Familiarity with cloud-native development using AWS or GCP.
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools like New Relic or Datadog.
- Openness to participate in on-call and operational incident response.
- Ability to work with ambiguity and evolve rough prototypes.
Responsibilities
- Evolve the GraphQL-native CMS core to improve performance, reliability, and developer experience.
- Develop and maintain extensions to expand platform capabilities.
- Contribute to AI roadmap by building intelligent product features.
- Identify and resolve issues proactively using monitoring and observability data.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and customers to translate needs into technical solutions.
- Contribute to architectural decisions for platform scalability and maintainability.
