Requirements
- 2+ years of experience administering Salesforce and Gainsight.
- Experience configuring enterprise applications, automation, permissions, and integrations.
- Proficiency in supporting APIs, data synchronization, and cross-platform dependencies.
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for technical and data quality issues.
- Ability to manage competing priorities for multiple stakeholder groups.
- Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude) for productivity.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
Responsibilities
- Administer Salesforce configuration, automation, permissions, and deployments for Business Units.
- Partner with central IT to coordinate releases and enterprise platform changes.
- Configure AI capabilities such as Agentforce, case summaries, and classification.
- Maintain Gainsight health scoring, programs, dashboards, and integrations.
- Administer Pendo feature enablement, guides, and adoption analysis.
- Ensure data integrity and performance across Salesforce, Gainsight, Pendo, and Staircase AI.
- Troubleshoot system and integration issues to minimize disruption.
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation for operational efficiency.
