Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HRIS, HR technology, application support, business systems analysis, or related fields.
- At least 2 years of hands-on Workday configuration experience.
- Deep expertise in at least one Workday HCM module, including feature management and system upgrades.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Experience supporting production environments, troubleshooting complex issues, and managing system improvements.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technology solutions.
- Strong analytical, auditing, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with process improvement, documentation, and workflow optimization.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and project management tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across HR and IT teams.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a remote team environment.
Responsibilities
- Support Workday production operations, including system enhancements, configuration updates, troubleshooting, testing, and user support.
- Perform functional testing, develop test scenarios, validate system changes, and ensure solutions meet business requirements.
- Create reports, conduct HR data audits, and maintain data accuracy and integrity across HR systems.
- Investigate and resolve system issues, including data transfer challenges between HR platforms and external vendors.
- Partner with IT teams on integrations, interfaces, and technology solutions that improve system interoperability.
- Support HR initiatives such as performance management, talent reviews, and compensation planning through effective system execution.
- Manage user access reviews and ensure appropriate security controls for HR data.
- Execute employee data updates and bulk changes using Workday tools such as EIB.
- Build strong relationships with HR and IT stakeholders to understand needs and recommend best-practice solutions.
- Analyze business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and champion technology-driven efficiencies.
