Requirements
- Hands-on experience with SaaS application configuration, API usage, and system integration design.
- Experience building and deploying AI agents, agentic workflows, or LLM-powered tools in enterprise environments.
- Proficiency with iPaaS platforms for building integrations and automations.
- Demonstrated ability to act as a technical consultant to non-technical business stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams autonomously.
- Clear communication skills suitable for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience with legal department workflows, CLM systems, or matter management (preferred).
- Familiarity with enterprise AI tools like Claude, Glean, or ChatGPT Enterprise (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Lead AI solution design and delivery by building and deploying agents using Claude, Cowork, ChatGPT, and Glean.
- Own the legal tech ecosystem as a technical SME across CLMs, Matter Management, and DSAR tools.
- Design and develop workflow automations and integrations using Workato and other iPaaS platforms.
- Partner directly with legal leadership to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Drive AI adoption by identifying and embedding tools into day-to-day legal workflows.
- Develop KPIs and reporting to track and communicate the business impact of technology investments.
