Requirements

  • 4+ years of hands-on mobile user acquisition experience with seven-figure monthly budgets.
  • Prior experience with rewarded app traffic or strong understanding of two-sided marketplace dynamics.
  • Proven ability to manage two-sided performance, including acquisition costs and network/partner health.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Experience with performance marketing tools such as Mixpanel, Singular, Looker, or Tableau.
  • AI-native mindset, comfortable building and iterating on AI-driven workflows to scale analysis and reporting.
  • Experience with Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs) and performance attribution models.
  • Strong communication skills for representing UA views to external partners and internal leadership.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, remote, and iterative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own UA strategy and execution for the Rewarded Traffic vertical across platforms like Meta, Google UAC, TikTok, and programmatic DSPs.
  • Support new rewarded app launches by establishing UA strategy and measurement frameworks.
  • Manage two-sided performance by balancing user acquisition costs against network partner health and advertiser demand.
  • Partner with rewarded network partners on inventory, deal structuring, and performance troubleshooting.
  • Lead measurement and reporting for the rewarded portfolio, including Net ROAS and payback modeling.
  • Identify and pilot new growth channels and rewarded partnerships.
  • Represent the rewarded traffic vertical in cross-functional and leadership planning meetings.
