Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience as an Account Manager within an e-commerce agency
- Strong understanding of e-commerce principles, including listings and ads management
- Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms such as Amazon or eBay
- Full written and verbal fluency in French, German, Spanish, or Italian
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Professional client-services mindset
- Availability to overlap with UK working hours
Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships as the main point of contact for new TikTok Shop accounts
- Translate client needs into effective delivery on TikTok Shop
- Oversee listings, advertising, and daily operations across multiple accounts
- Support launches in European markets including Germany, France, and Italy
- Review bundles and communications in native languages
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality delivery
