Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or professional certification (PgMP, MSP, PMP) preferred.
- 2-5 years of experience in project management or customer-facing roles supporting large enterprise engagements.
- Proven experience leading projects of moderate complexity, ideally within the financial services industry or digital marketing.
- 2-5 years experience with Persado’s product or other technical SaaS products in a B2B environment.
- Experience with marketing technologies such as Adobe or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Knowledge of digital marketing channels (email, social, web) and use cases (Acquisition, Services, Engagement).
- Solid understanding of project and program management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid, MSP, PMBOK).
- Strong strategic thinking and ability to connect outcomes with organizational objectives.
- Excellent leadership, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities
- Participate in defining project scope, goals, deliverables, and success metrics.
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and resource allocation to ensure successful completion.
- Lead project teams and facilitate collaboration across Sales, Customer Success, Solutions Consulting, and Product teams.
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Communicate project status, decisions, and updates to ensure stakeholder alignment.
- Ensure project quality and compliance with organizational standards.
- Drive continuous improvement in project processes and workflows.
- Engage with external partners and vendors to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
