Requirements
- 7+ years of product management experience with ownership of integrations, platform, or ecosystem surfaces.
- Direct experience building technical integrations in multi-party ecosystems like marketplaces, adtech, or developer platforms.
- Strong technical fluency in third-party integration patterns, data sync, field mapping, webhooks, and OAuth.
- Proven track record of shipping scalable, reliable integrations and partner-led launches.
- Ability to turn platform strategy into a competitive advantage.
- Clear and confident communication skills for internal and external alignment.
- Bias for action and ability to create structure in ambiguous environments.
Responsibilities
- Own the MCP and AI ecosystem strategy to determine product direction and AI integration impact.
- Deliver new MCP tools, resources, and third-party connectors to expand Lattice data utility.
- Build foundations for authentication, agentic execution frameworks, and evals to scale future integrations.
- Act as a technical thought partner to Engineering regarding MCP tool design and infrastructure.
- Drive go-to-market strategies in collaboration with Partnerships and Product Marketing.
- Own key results related to integration and MCP adoption, reliability, and growth.
