Requirements
- B.A./B.S. degree in Accounting.
- 5-7 years of work experience in public accounting.
- Prior experience with 1040 tax returns.
- Strong technical skills in taxation.
- Ability to multi-task and remain organized.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- CPA license is preferred but not required.
- MST or MBA is a plus.
- Private Client Services experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Review tax returns, work papers, and research findings.
- Formulate conclusions consistent with firm policies and professional standards.
- Ensure all tax advice is technically correct and properly documented.
- Coach and develop team members through training and mentorship.
- Communicate client needs to team members to ensure effective work execution.
- Manage the progression of quality deliverables on time and within scope/budget.
- Build relationships across service groups to ensure integrated client service.
