Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Extensive accounting or finance experience.
- Experience in a corporate business setting in an analytical function.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Proficiency in accounting software.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on anticipating and resolving issues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Demonstrated ability to work with diverse, remotely-located, and cross-functional teams.
- Effective time management skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Learning agility and ability to communicate persuasively with partners.
Responsibilities
- Prepare strategic pricing proposals for national, regional, and multinational new business tenders.
- Support client retention and expansion efforts by upholding pricing policies and procedures.
- Ensure financial proposals are accurate, profitable, and aligned with company objectives.
- Provide financial review and profitability analysis for distribution to senior executives.
- Calculate and track sales quota and commission plan performance for the sales team.
- Align across functional units to create winning pricing strategies and proposals.
- Develop creative and cost-effective plans to meet client objectives.
