Requirements
- Active DoD security clearance.
- 10+ years of Software Development experience in a variety of programming languages.
- Experience with Java, Kotlin, Ruby, or Elixir.
- Experience with Spring Boot, React.JS, Vue, or Redux.
- Experience with both frontend and backend development.
- Experience using container technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with DevSecOps tools (Git, Concourse, GitLabCI, SonarQube, Fortify, ThreadFix).
- Experience with Test Driven Development (TDD) and agile methodologies.
- Experience with API Development and Linux environments.
- Strong facilitation and pair-programming skills.
- BA/BS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities
- Work with clients on design thinking, test-driven-development (TDD), paired programming, and continuous-release deployment.
- Pair with customer developers to teach the delivery of user stories that provide business value and technical feasibility.
- Build and test software solutions while ensuring teams build upon established practices.
- Champion AI-augmented workflows to accelerate delivery and reduce cycle time.
- Collaborate with balanced teams to make engineering decisions based on validated assumptions.
