Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in data architecture, solutions engineering, or technical consulting.
- Experience in SaaS or enterprise technology environments.
- Strong data analysis capabilities, including ability to query, interpret, and validate large datasets.
- Proficiency with SQL.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted workflows, LLMs, and AI copilots.
- Experience designing AI-ready data models, schemas, and pipelines.
- Understanding of data integration approaches such as APIs, CRM platforms, and data warehouses.
- Strong presentation and communication skills for technical and executive audiences.
- Proven ability to build trusted customer relationships.
- Experience with go-to-market platforms or customer intelligence solutions is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with customers and internal teams to conduct technical discovery, define solution requirements, and design scalable data architectures.
- Act as the primary technical representative during solution design discussions, mapping data flows from source systems through downstream platforms.
- Architect AI-ready data layers, including structures, governance models, and frameworks for AI agents and LLMs.
- Analyze and validate large datasets to assess data quality, availability, and technical feasibility.
- Design and evaluate data matching and entity resolution strategies to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to accelerate data exploration and solution development.
- Build repeatable frameworks for technical discovery and documentation across sales and delivery teams.
- Create and deliver technical presentations and workshops for technical audiences and executive stakeholders.
