Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise network engineering and architecture.
- At least 5 years leading strategic planning or network transformation initiatives.
- Proven experience delivering large-scale network transformation programs within multinational organizations.
- Expertise in Cisco, Nexus, Check Point, cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP), and hybrid/multi-cloud architectures.
- Hands-on knowledge of network automation and orchestration tools such as Python, Ansible, and Terraform.
- Understanding of SD-WAN, SASE, zero-trust architectures, and AI-driven networking.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Professional certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, TOGAF, PMP, SAFe, or PRINCE2 are highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior executives.
- Strong written and spoken English proficiency with experience collaborating across global teams.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term strategy for enterprise network transformation, ensuring alignment with business priorities and evolving technology trends.
- Lead large-scale network modernization initiatives, driving programs that enhance scalability, reliability, security, and operational efficiency across global environments.
- Collaborate with network architecture, engineering, and business teams to develop future-ready infrastructure strategies and roadmaps.
- Evaluate emerging technologies such as SD-WAN, SASE, AI-driven networking, zero-trust architectures, and hybrid cloud networking to support innovation and business growth.
- Provide strategic guidance on enterprise networking, cloud connectivity, automation, and infrastructure optimization.
- Manage cross-functional stakeholders across multiple regions and drive organizational change throughout transformation programs.
- Develop strategic documentation, executive presentations, and business cases to support decision-making.
