Requirements
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in network engineering, infrastructure support, or related technology roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Network Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience designing, configuring, and supporting enterprise network environments.
- Expertise in routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs, SD-WAN, voice solutions, and network security.
- Experience with Cisco networking solutions and load balancers.
- Knowledge of network performance optimization and modern infrastructure tools.
- Strong ability to analyze complex technical problems and implement root cause solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
- Interpersonal and leadership skills suitable for mentoring team members.
Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and implement complex regional network solutions supporting business expansion and infrastructure improvements.
- Develop and maintain solutions involving switches, routers, firewalls, VPN gateways, IP telephony, SD-WAN, and load balancers.
- Provide operational support for global and regional network services to ensure high availability and performance.
- Troubleshoot complex network issues and independently resolve incidents.
- Collaborate with vendors, partners, and internal teams to optimize network efficiency.
- Maintain accurate technical documentation for architecture and operational procedures.
- Mentor junior engineers by sharing technical knowledge and best practices.
